Order Processing
Each fragrance is created and prepared individually to maintain the highest level of quality and consistency. Because of this process, the creation typically takes 1–2 days before it is ready to ship out to you.
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Standard Processing).

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and support while we carefully craft each fragrance.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location.
All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from the United States using USPS.
Estimated transit times (after creation + packaging + processing):

Ground Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
aerthbased is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned to sender

Additional shipping fees required for reshipment
If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
aerthbased is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
