Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Free Return Shipping
aerthbased offers free return shipping on eligible returns within the United States.
To qualify for free return shipping:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Free return shipping applies to approved returns only. Items that do not meet return eligibility requirements may be denied or returned to the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Email support@aerthbased.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order with aerthbased, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with proof of delivery and order confirmation.
